Region XII Travel Grant to Reno! Apply by August 24th

We're happy to announce that we are now accepting travel grant applications for the Region XII Conference in Reno, Nevada! All 4 districts of Region XII (Hawaii/Pacific Islands, Nevada, Northern California, and Southern California) will have their own Travel Grant Awards.
 

Deadline for submission is: Friday, August 24, 2018

 
Grantees will be notified by August 31, 2018 to make sure they can register for the conference before the September 14 Early Bird Registration deadline.
 
Applicants must submit their application online, and complete the financial worksheet to upload with your application. Travel grants are open to NAFSA members as well as non-members however preference will be given to NAFSA members. For questions regarding Travel Grant process or details, please contact your respective District Chair in Region XII

NAFSA Academy Class 16 Application Open!

 

The NAFSA Academy for International Education is an intensive year-long training program with many networking opportunities. The Academy aids in learning about all areas of international education and prepares you for leadership, both within NAFSA and your own institutions.

If the Academy sounds like something you’d enjoy being involved in, then you are in luck! The application for Academy Class 16 are now open!

Going to the NAFSA Region XII conference in Reno, NV? There will be many NAFSA Academy members there, from both current and past Academy classes. There will also be table in the Expo Hall where you can visit and ask questions about the NAFSA Academy.
